I am a South American bird, from the parrot family. My plumage is mainly green, I have an olive-colored head and a yellowish-green belly. The white ring around my eyes is naked, and my beak is black. I usually live in couples or small groups. When food is abundant, we can gather almost 100 individuals per flock.

I like to eat fruits, seeds, and flowers. Occasionally I can catch some larvae.

You can find me in the forest regions of the western Amazon in Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, and Bolivia.
