¿Quién soy?

I am a smaller camelid than the llama. I have a long neck, short straight ears, and thin limbs. The color of my long coat (fiber) can vary in 22 natural colors, going from creams and whites to browns and blacks. My fiber has high commercial value. I am a domestic species, and I can live in large groups under human care.

I am a herbivorous mammal; I eat various grasses, legumes, and grasses.

¿Dónde vivo?

You can find me in the grasslands and moorlands of Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Ecuador.
